1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Neli platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Neli provides a cycle-aligned workplace wellness platform consisting of a mobile application for employees, a team dashboard for leaders, and a certification program for employers. The Service provides general wellness guidance and is not a substitute for medical advice.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Employer Accounts

Employer accounts are billed annually at $4 per employee per month. By subscribing, employers agree to the certification standards and privacy commitments outlined in the program. Employers may cancel at any time; refunds are prorated for the remaining term.

5. Privacy and Data

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Individual employee cycle data is never shared with employers. Only anonymized, aggregated data is available to team leaders.

6. Certification Program

Neli Certification is earned by meeting practice standards, not purchased. Certification may be revoked if a company no longer meets the required standards. Certification status is subject to periodic review.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Neli and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Neli Certified badge may only be used by companies with active, valid certification.

8. Disclaimer

The Service provides general wellness information and guidance. It is not intended as medical advice and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical consultation. Always consult a healthcare provider for medical decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
