Cycle data: Cycle length, phase information, and optional check-in data (energy, sleep, mood) that you choose to provide.

Usage data: How you interact with the app (pages visited, features used) to improve the product.

We use your data to provide personalized daily guidance, improve our product, and communicate with you about your account. We never sell your data to third parties.

4. What Your Employer Sees

Your employer never sees your individual cycle data. Team leaders only see anonymized, aggregated energy patterns for the group. No individual phases, symptoms, or usage patterns are shared with anyone.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information.

6. Your Rights

You can access, update, or delete your personal data at any time through the app settings. You can opt out of the program at any time. If you delete your account, all your personal data is permanently removed.

7. GDPR Compliance

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing of your personal data.

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and functional cookies to remember your preferences. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
